Attributes: Origin

Lishan Tea Region, Taiwan Cultivar: Qingxin Oolong, Grade: Premium Grade

Fresh-Fragrance Craft

Employs 10–20% light oxidation and light roasting, perfectly preserving the tea's raw sweetness, cold alpine fragrance, and leaf tension.

Harvested from Taiwan's highest tea-growing region, Lishan, above 2,000m. Large day-night temperature variations allow leaves to accumulate rich amino acids and aromatic compounds, imbuing a natural alpine "cool" character.

Alpine cold aroma, orchid notes, honey sweetness; bright golden and translucent liquor, smooth and silky; fresh sweet taste with fast, long-lasting huigan.

SENSORY JOURNEY

Dry Tea Appearance

Tightly rolled, glossy deep emerald green; grown in low alpine temperatures, displaying fine tea downy hairs and high visual uniformity.

Liquor Color

Clear and brilliant, pale golden to delicate honey-green; high translucency, rich silky texture, and pronounced cup-bottom aroma.

Brewed Leaves

Thick and intact spent leaves rich in nutrients, enduring 8+ steeps in a Gaiwan and up to 10–12 steeps in a teapot.

Steeping Profile

Soft and bright, thick and resilient; yellow-green to honey-green, supple with high leaf integrity, displaying the characteristic tension of high-altitude leaves.

01
Warm Vessel & Awaken Aroma

Gaiwan with hot water, add dry leaves, gently shake to smell, awakening the sealed high-mountain cold fragrance.

02
Flash Infusions for Early Steeps

Infusions 1–2 are recommended at 10–20 seconds fast pour to prevent tender leaves from yellowing, keeping aroma clear and elegant.

03
Extend Time for Later Steeps

From 3rd infusion onwards, add 5–10 seconds per steep, extending up to 40 seconds in later steeps to extract lingering sweet finish.

refrigerate for 4–8 hours. This method slows tea polyphenol extraction, resulting in an exceptionally sweet taste without bitterness.
Must be sealed, moisture-proof, and kept away from light. For medium-term storage (3–12 months), portion into small airtight bags with air removed and refrigerate (5–10°C). Allow 30–60 minutes to warm up to room temperature before opening.
Rich in tea polyphenols and L-theanine, high ORAC antioxidant capacity. Helps refresh the mind (less prone to palpitations), aids lipid reduction, protects cardiovascular health, and boosts immunity.
Friendly Reminder:
Insomniacs: Advised to switch to cold brew tea or reduce intake after 2:00 PM.
Special Groups: Pregnant women and individuals with anemia should avoid drinking on an empty stomach and limit daily intake to within 1 cup.
Deterioration Check: Do not consume if dry tea leaves absorb moisture and become soft, if the tea liquor turns dark and cloudy, or if a sour taste develops.
