450ml Clay Teapot or White Porcelain Teapot

Pour boiling water into the pot, steep at high temperature for 60 seconds, and pour out the entire pot. Pour water gently and low throughout the process, slowly running it along the inner wall to protect tender leaves.
Storage Essentials: Ceramic or Yixing clay jars are recommended. Store in a cool, dry place (Temperature 20–30°C, Humidity <80%) with moderate ventilation, protected from light, and away from kitchen odors or other strong smells.
Common Mistake: Strictly avoid storing in refrigerator door compartments (large temperature fluctuations, prone to absorbing odors) or transparent glass bottles (light oxidation). If sealed bags are not clipped tight after opening, the tea easily absorbs moisture and molds.
Health Benefits: Rich in tea polyphenols and L-theanine, offering strong antioxidant effects (ORAC value over 30% higher than green tea), stomach-soothing benefits, cholesterol regulation, and nerve relaxation to aid sleep.
Friendly Reminder : Ripe Puerh is mild in nature; it is recommended to drink 30 minutes to one hour after meals. Pregnant women, individuals with insomnia, anemia, or gastric ulcers should consume in moderation or avoid drinking on an empty stomach.
