Premium Taiwan High Mountain Oolong | Altitude 2200-2600m+ | Light Fermentation Rare tea cultivated in the clouds, featuring refined high-altitude mountain character with delicate notes of honeyed fruit and orchid fragrance.
Crafted with Care · Consistent Quality

Extreme Terroir & Origin
Harvested from the core Da Yu Ling tea region in Taiwan's Central Mountain Range (altitude 2200-2600m+). Extreme elevation and dramatic diurnal temperature shifts promote slow growth, concentrating rich pectin and amino acids. Harvested in 2025 from the premium Qingxin Oolong cultivar.

Craftsmanship & Rarity
Authentic Da Yu Ling gardens are exceptionally rare. Hand-harvested and lightly fermented (approx. 15-25% oxidation) with minimal roasting to maximize the tea's natural high-altitude elegance and fresh, sweet flavor profile.

Mountain Character & Profile
Rich in natural compounds due to supreme altitude. The infusion reveals a crisp, cool high-mountain character. Elegant, subdued aromas layer white gardenia blossoms with honey and subtle fruit notes, yielding a lingering throat resonance.
